Quilt Design
This is a super important part of your quilt, the quilting design. We will set up an online phone call or meeting to discuss thread color, quilting design, quilting density, etc. If you have a design in mind, tell me about it below. Once I receive this form I will use your preferred method of communication to coordinate a meeting.

Basting

Basting is included in you quilting service. Though if you want to send it basted feel free too! (I will gladly accept not having to baste something😂) *NOTE: if basting your own we ask that you do not use spray adhesive
Backing

Please supply a backing that is 3" wider than your quilt top on all sides. It can have seams in it. *Make sure you supply enough backing*

Binding must be supplied by quilter, pieced and completely ready for application.

Batting

If you do not want to supply/ship your own batting I can supply your quilt with it. Select the size needed for your quilt if you need me to supply the batting. *NOTE: select a seize at least 3" bigger than your top on all sides.
I use Warm and Natural 100% Cotton batting which is perfect for handquilting.
SHIPPING
Shipping is hard to calculate because all quilts are different sizes!
